\nMajor Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Assist Acquisitions & Development teams with production of Investment Committee memoranda
\n> Pull together materials to produce initial and final investment committee books
\n> Summarize deal particulars and create exhibits to be presented to the investment committee for approval
\n\u2022 Maintain\/Quality Control on Due Diligence Documentations
\n> Update Library Tracking Spreadsheet to reflect volumes of DD binders checked out or recently added to the Library
\n> Coordinate with other Acquisitions\/Development staff for periodic Library overhaul\/re-organization, ensure necessary documents are distributed to the appropriate parties
\n> Ensure that final DD Binders are produced with consistency, in line with department standards
\n\u2022 Assist Transaction\/Development Officer in completing due diligence review
\n> Tenant interviews\/Credit review
\n> Market research
\n> Paralegal on title review\/physical survey\/closing issues
\n\u2022 Track and maintain titles, deeds and other pertinent deal documents for closed acquisitions\/developments
\n\u2022 Collect market information and set up market information database
\n\u2022 Interact\/Coordinate with Consultants and other AMB Employees in a timely, responsive manner, to ensure smooth deal flow
\n\u2022 Work close with Transaction Officer and Project Manager to prepare and update month-end projects process reports
\n\u2022 Assist in relevant contract preparation and negotiation
\n\u2022 Set up and administer files
\n\u2022 Provide the administration service for transaction team
\n\u2022 Other duties as assigned.
\nRequirements:
\n\u2022 6-7 years working experience, with 2-3 years real estate related background desired
\n\u2022 High level of computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop preferred)
\n\u2022 Good communication skills
\n\u2022 Strong multi-tasking abilities
\n\u2022 Legal education background desired
\n\u2022 Team player
\n\u2022 Sense of Urgency
\n\u2022 Detail-oriented
\n\u2022 Commitment to thorough follow-up on outstanding items <\/p>\n
