Due to their rapid growth in the APAC region our client is urgently looking for a:Business Development VP \/ Consultant APAC to be based in Shanghai China, reporting to the India based CEO<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Managing Sales across DMS and Market Research in APAC region:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Develop and manage sales plan for APAC
\n\u2022 Developing, maintaining and growing senior client relationships and leading client project teams from project planning through execution
\n\u2022 Facilitate the delivery of client satisfaction including addressing key issues, problems and opportunities, and bringing in resources when needed<\/p>\n
Own Revenue Target for APAC Region<\/p>\n
\u2022 FY10 0.3 MM USD (new sales)
\n\u2022 FY11 1 MM USD<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Minimum 10 years\u2019 experience, desired 5 years with market research sector exposure
\n\u2022 Master\u2019s degree from reputed institution with specialization in Sales
\n\u2022 Market research industry knowhow
\n\u2022 Strong client servicing background
\n\u2022 Solid IT (SI\/BI) Knowledge
\n\u2022 A proven track record of overachieving sales targets
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
\n\u2022 Local Chinese or Asian Expatriates only<\/p>\n
