They are committed to their role as a good neighbor and responsible citizen.<br \/>\nThey see people as the most valued asset.                                     <\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description: <\/strong><br \/>\nReport To: Auditing Manager<br \/>\nLocation: Shanghai  Jinqiao<br \/>\n1.To carry out internal audits (either in charge or part of the audit team) assigned by internal audit manager on the operating plant and sales centers in accordance with standard internal audit procedures.<br \/>\n2.Make appropriate recommendations on how to improve the control environment in each of the functional areas.<br \/>\n3.Recommendations should address existing controls that have lapsed and proposed new procedures\/policies or changes to existing ones.<br \/>\n4.Report all findings and control recommendations promptly direct to the superior.<br \/>\n5.Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the policies and procedures set by the company.<br \/>\n6.Perform ad hoc assignment for audit manager &#038; CAD such as assisting and advising functional group managers in devising and establishing effective controls.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements: <\/strong><br \/>\n1.Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance.<br \/>\n2.CICPA ( at least on the way of completing the exam).<br \/>\n3.Minimum 3 year working experience with Big 4 auditing firms or a foreign invested JV.
