\nStaffing
\n1.Work with HR managers on HR planning and needs confirmation
\n2.Plan and carry out recruitment activities, including workers recruitment
\n3.Take responsibilities of DL and IDL recruitment & deployment
\n4.Manage recruitment channels, including headhunter and employment agencies
\n5.Compile application test
\n6.Manage e-recruitment & hiring process
\n7.Generate hiring analysis report, and provide the constructive suggestion regarding the hiring issue, and candidate sourcing status.
\n8.Do the recruitment budget & cost analysis
\n9.Take charge of staff exit process and analyze turnover statistics
\n10.Lead the recruitment team to meet the business development needs and promote employee care, result driven & teamwork
\n11.Develop Standardized job descriptions and other functions as required.
\n12.Engage in projects with HR function on company basis, as required. <\/p>\n
\n1.Plans, directs and implements all aspects of the administrative work including: company security, cleanliness of company premises, transportation, staff canteens, expatriates house rental and visa, work permit application, etc.
\n2.Develops and implements procedures on all aspects of administration work, ensuring understanding of, and compliance with those procedures.
\n3.Ensures that the staff amenities and services are provided to a high standard but in a cost effective manner \u00a8C covering \u00a8C transportation, meals, lockers, and other staff amenities.
\n4.Supervises and works closely with the administration team, providing guidance to them when needed.
\n5.Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned <\/p>\n
\nRequirements:
\n1.At least a Bachelor Degree with 5 years experience in training and development.
\n2.Recruitment managerial work experience in manufacturing is a must
\n3.Familiar with national labor law and local employment regulations
\n4.Open minded, service-minded, efficient, flexible and teamwork player
\n5.CAN DO attitude and able to work under pressure and achieve the results
\n6.Responsible, mature and willing to take the challenge
\n7.Good interpersonal and organizational skills
\n8.Strong analytical skills including the ability to work on details with high level of accuracy
\n9.Good computer skills &English language skills <\/p>\n
